Sterling Anderson is a Doctoral
Candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellow, he is currently collaborating with Karl Iagnemma and Steven Peters
to develop a novel planning and control framework for active hazard

In addition to his research, Sterling is involved in the business strategy of various technical startups. He has worked as an organizer and team director with MIT's VentureShips and has served on the executive board of MIT's Science and Engineering Business Club (SEBC) as managing co-director of technology and entrepreneurship.
